Unique Identification Authority of India gives you the option to reschedule or cancel your online appointment for Aadhaar enrollment. You can avail this facility online at UIDAI’s website.
If you have booked an appointment online and you cannot make it on time, you have the option to reschedule your appointment. You can cancel the appointment if you have changed your mind about the Aadhaar card or you want to make an appointment at another centre.

After opening this website, you will see the form to enter your token number and mobile number. The token number is the same as the one you got on your slip when you booked the appointment online.
Now you have 2 options. Reschedule or cancel.
