Unique Identification Authority of India recently launched online appointment facility for Aadhaar enrollment at selected enrollment centers. This facility has been started in few states on trial basis and will be extended to other states in future.
Currently this facility is available only in Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Puducherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu.
To book your Aadhaar appointment online, you will be given an online form to fill in your name, mobile number, email and choose your nearest enrollment center along with date and time.

After clicking on the link above, you will see a form. Fill in name, mobile, email and total number of persons. Now proceed to the next step.
Select your nearest enrollment center and click Check Availability to find available slots After you find your best time, fill in the appointment date and time and submit.
After submitting the form, you will receive the appointment slip containing a token number and detailing the schedule when you can enroll for the Aadhaar number. Take printout of the slip containing details of center location, date and time of enrollment, no. For whom the appointment is scheduled, the contact person at the enrollment center, the name of the registrar and the enrollment organization.
Now visit your booked center with Proof of Identity (PoI)- Mandatory, Proof of Address (PoA)- Mandatory and optional document Proof of Date of Birth (DOB) on the date and time mentioned in the appointment slip.
