Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited(BPCL) is of renowned oil company. Bharat Gas is its product. Due to the Direct benefit transfer scheme, it is important to update aadhaar number to your LPG connection. If you are using Bharat Gas cylinder at your home and willing to link aadhaar card to it, this post is for you. We will explain all the methods to link your aadhaar card to the LPG connection. I will be mentioning the online method, offline method, IVRS & SMS methods too. You need to choose the one that is easy for you to implement. Let’s Get Started

Linking Aadhaar Card to Bharat Gas LPG
Method 1: Offline Process to Link Aadhaar Details with Bharat Gas LPG :
Prerequisites :
Before continuing make sure you have these things ready with your :
- Your aadhaar card number
- LPG ID / Consumer Number
- Your Bharat Gas Distributor Details
Process :
- Download the Linking Form – Click here to Download
- Once downloaded, take the printout ( Note: The form is also available at the distributor’s office)
- Now once you have the hard copy of the application form ready, start filling in the details
- Make sure you provide your Aadhaar number, LPG ID/Consumer number correctly
- Once the application form is filled, you need to visit the office of your Bharat Gas LPG Distributor
- Submit the application form there and collect the acknowledgment slip
Your part of the process is now complete. The Officials will keep the application form for further verification and once details will be verified, your Bharat Gas connection will be linked successfully to aadhaar card. Confirmation will be provided to you on your registered mobile number
Method 2: Online Procedure to Link Aadhaar Card with Bharat Gas LPG Connection
If you have internet access on your Computer/Laptop or Smartphone, you can easily complete the process via online mode also. The whole procedure is given below :
Our government has provided an online facility by providing a webpage where you can enter the details and easily submit them. First of all, you need to open the webpage – Click here to Visit now
Once you are there, you need to enter a few details. More info is given below :
Step 1 :
- The first step to fill in the online application form is to enter your location details. You need to select your state and district first.
Step 2:
Once the location information will be provided by you, you need to go to the next step where you will be asked to choose the benefit type
- Select the Benefit type as “LPG”
- You will be asked to select the name of the company, select “BPCL”
- Now you need to choose the distributor’s name( The main branch of Bharat Gas in your area)
- Once the details of the distributor will be entered, you need to finally Enter your LPG Consumer number
Step 3 :
- After entering all details mentioned above, you need to provide your personal details
- Enter your Email address and mobile number
- You need to enter the Aadhaar number also( Double check it after entering)
- Once these details will be entered by you, you will receive a “One time Password”(OTP) on your registered number and email
Step 4 :
- Enter the one-time password you just received

- Hit the submit button to complete the process
In this way, you can easily link aadhaar card info with your HP Gas Connection via Online mode also.
Method 3: IVRS Method :
IVRS stands for Interactive Voice System. In this process, you need to enter the IVRS number make a call, and enter your aadhaar card and LPG details.
- Visit this page – www.ebharatgas.com/pages/Customer_Care/CC_IVRSInfo.html
- Scroll down and find the IVRS number for your state
- Make a call to the IVRS number and follow the steps

Method 4: Sending SMS to Link Bharat Gas LPG & Aadhaar Card
The whole linking process is easier due to the introduction of SMS method. You need to register your mobile number with LPG(if not registered) and then send an SMS.
Registering the Mobile number with Bharat Gas Connection
If your number is not registered already, you need to register it either by visiting the branch or by logging into your online Bharat Gas LPG account.
Once your number will be registered, you need SMS in the following format
UID <aadhaar number>
example- UID 123123123123
The SMS should be sent to:
57333 (All India), 52725 (Vodafone, MTNL, Idea, Airtel & Tata users) from registered numbers
