Email and mobile number verification option by UIDAI enables you to check your email and mobile number registered with Aadhaar. The mobile number and email address that was declared at the time of enrollment or the latest update can be easily verified using the verified email and mobile number public tool.

Linking Aadhaar with various products and services like bank account, mobile number, PAN, investment account, insurance policy, credit card etc. is now mandatory. Residents do not face any difficulties.
Most of the Aadhaar related tasks can be done through OTP based authentication method. Where a one-time-password code is sent to the registered mobile number and once that code is entered, the authentication is completed successfully. So having a mobile number linked with Aadhaar card as well as an email address is very necessary and mandatory. In the absence of a mobile number and email with Aadhaar you will not be able to perform various Aadhaar related tasks as well as you will not receive any notification whenever someone uses your Aadhaar.
Now you know the importance of linking mobile number and email with your Aadhaar card. So now let’s know how to verify email and mobile number registered with Aadhaar.
Aadhaar verification mobile number and email through UIDAI website
Visit UIDAI official website https://uidai.gov.in/

On UIDAI’s homepage, under Aadhaar Services just click on the Verify Email/Mobile Number option

A form will appear on the next screen where you have to select whether you want to verify your mobile number or email address and then enter the 12 digit Aadhaar number, followed by the mobile number or email address ever selected.
Solve the captcha verification code by entering the same characters shown in the image and click on the Send OTP button
If you have previously verified your mobile and email, you will receive a notification “The mobile or email you entered has already been verified with our records.”
And if your mobile number or email address is not yet verified, you will receive one-time-password on your registered mobile number.
Enter the received OTP code and click on Verify OTP button

On the next page, “Congratulations! Mobile number 7XXXXXXXXX or email matches the record”.
This way one can easily verify the mobile number registered with Aadhaar card online.
Verify email/mobile through mAadhaar app
To check your email/mobile number in Aadhaar through mAadhaar app, install the app on your phone
Once the app is installed, register using your mobile number
On the mAadhaar home screen, just tap on Verification Email/ Mobile
On the next screen, tap on i want to verify mobile number or email id
In the next form, enter your Aadhaar number, email or mobile number, enter the security captcha and click on the verify button
If the mobile or email you entered matches the details present in your Aadhaar, a message will appear on the next screen saying “Congratulations! Mobile number matches 7XXXXXXXXX or email records”.
If you enter wrong mobile or email address during verification, an error message will be displayed saying “The mobile number or email you entered does not match our records.
If you have not registered a mobile number or you no longer have the declared mobile number then you can update it by visiting the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra or Bank.
